What is the purpose of a FAQ page?
Well, if you read through the FAQ information on the right hand side/column of the page, FAQ is just an abbreviation for 'Frequently Asked Questions'. So in case any of my visitors get confused about something on my website or have any questions at all, I don't mind answering them so I can just post the questions and answers in this section in case anyone else has had the same question. So anyone can just check this page out for whatever concern they are looking for and it will most likely be listed. Also, I love these sections because even though it is supposed to be a 'Questions and Answers' kind of page, I always allow any comments or suggestions as well for my website. I really do appreciate all and any feedback as long as people post them abiding the rules, then it's all great. I always post the comments and suggestions too for the same reasons, in case anyone were to be thinking the same thing and I can just address it here for everyone to see and understand.
